1. Introduction

Welcome to PS DRAMA PTE. LTD. (“PS DRAMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Singapore.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PS DRAMA mobile application, website, streaming platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Age

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old. Individuals under 13 years old are not permitted to register for or use the Services.

If you are 13 years old or older but have not reached the age of legal majority in your country or region, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law. Your parent or legal guardian may also be required to supervise your use of the Services.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Services and helping them access age-appropriate Content.

Additional age restrictions imposed by local law or app marketplace policies will continue to apply.

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available in your country of residence.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

You must not impersonate another person, provide false registration information, or access another person's account without authorization.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security violations, or material breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Description of Services

PS DRAMA provides access to digital entertainment Content, which may include dramas, films, television series, short-form videos, and other audiovisual materials.

The Services may include free or paid Content, subscriptions, individual episode purchases, advertisements, and promotional offers.

We may modify, update, add, or remove features or Content, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Content or features may require payment. Applicable prices, billing periods, subscription benefits, and material purchase conditions will be disclosed before you complete a purchase.

Where a subscription automatically renews, its renewal frequency, price, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the relevant payment provider to collect applicable charges according to the disclosed terms.

You may cancel a subscription through the relevant account settings or payment platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased it. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Free trials and promotional offers may convert to paid subscriptions when the disclosed promotional period ends. Applicable conversion terms will be presented before you subscribe.

Purchases made by minors must have any parental or guardian authorization required by applicable law and platform rules.

7. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms, payment provider policies, and laws governing the transaction.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for a partially used subscription period are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights to refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, or other consumer remedies.

8. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Unless authorized by us or permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Content.

• Record, download, or redistribute streams outside authorized app functionality.

• Circumvent subscription requirements, geographic restrictions, or technical protection measures.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited from being restricted by applicable law.

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract Content or data without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to PS DRAMA PTE. LTD. or its respective licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Users and parents or legal guardians should review available age ratings, content warnings, and descriptions before viewing Content.

A minimum user age of 13 does not mean that all Content is suitable for every 13-year-old. Certain Content may be restricted according to age ratings, local regulations, or platform requirements.

We aim to maintain a reliable streaming service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Streaming quality may depend on your internet connection, device capabilities, and location.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you must separately cancel it through the applicable subscription provider to prevent future renewal charges.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the relevant Services.

Where reasonably practicable and required by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Refunds and access rights following suspension or termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that all Content will remain available for any particular period or that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PS DRAMA PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Services, by email, or by another appropriate method where required by law.

Updated Terms will state their effective date. Where legally required, we will obtain your consent before applying material changes.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except where mandatory laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory dispute resolution requirements, disputes relating to these Terms may be brought before the competent courts of Singapore.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising mandatory legal rights available in your country or region of residence.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription or promotional terms, govern your use of the Services.

Additional terms may apply to specific features or transactions, subject to applicable law.
